Return & Refund Policy
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To qualify for a return or refund, items must be unused, show no signs of wear, and be returned in their original packaging, including any tags or accessories.
How to Return Your Order
You may return your purchase within 30 days of delivery. Please follow the steps below:
Step 1:
Email us at support@outdoorisimo.com to request a return. Our team will promptly send you the return form.
Step 2:
Complete the return form and clearly indicate which items you are sending back. Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in resale-ready condition with all tags attached.
Step 3:
Choose any carrier you prefer and ship your return to us within 30 days of receiving your order. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method.
Step 4:
Once your package arrives at our warehouse, our team will review and process your return within up to 7 days. You will receive email updates regarding the status of your return.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for all return shipping expenses. Because of this, we highly recommend selecting a trackable shipping service. We cannot be held responsible for lost or undelivered return packages.
Restocking Fee
We do not charge any restocking fees for returns.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item, our team is happy to assist. Simply contact Customer Support at support@outdoorisimo.com, and we will provide detailed instructions on completing your exchange.
Damaged Package Upon Arrival
If your order arrives damaged, please take clear photos of both the outer packaging and the damaged item(s). Email the photos along with your order number to support@outdoorisimo.com, and our support team will work with you to resolve the issue.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect your returned items, we will notify you by email to confirm whether your return has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued within up to 7 business days to the same payment method used at checkout.
